Summer School<\/h2>\n

The registration cost for the summer school is 450DKK (~60 EUR) for onsite participation and free<\/strong> for online participants (as an online participant you will receive a link and information before the event).<\/p>\n

If you are a Student at DTU or an other Danish University and want to attend in person please send an email to async2026@compute.dtu.dk<\/a> .<\/p>\n

The summer school will be held from 1 June to 2 June 2026, the onsite registration includes Lunch, drinks and coffee break\/breakfast snacks for the 2 days.<\/p>\n

You need a credit card<\/span> for your onside registration.<\/p>\n

The Symposium is held from 3-5 of June 2026. The Technical Program will be on the 3rd and 4th of June and we will offer community program \/ an excursion on the 5th of June.<\/p>\n

The registration includes Lunch, drinks and coffee break\/breakfast snacks during the conference program as well as one conference dinner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You need a credit card<\/span> and optionally your IEEE membership number for IEEE pricing<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Early Bird Pricing (till 24. April noon CET):<\/p>\n

Regular: 4950 DKK (~660 EUR)
\nIEEE Member: 4125 DKK (~550 EUR)
\nStudent: 3713 DKK (~495 EUR)
\nIEEE Student or Life Member: 3094 DKK (~413 EUR)<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy:<\/p>\n

You can cancel your symposium registration till the 19. April for a refund (excluding a processing fee of 100DKK).
\nYou can cancel your summer school registration till 3 weeks before the event (excluding a processing fee of 100DKK).<\/p>\n

In case of a cancellation after this dates please contact us, we can for example enable you to transfer your registration to one of your colleges or try to find other solutions with you.
