Student Travel Grants

A number of student grants will be available. The grants cover registration and most likely an allowance for flight and accommodation for one or both events.

Preference is given to students who plan to attend both events or are planning to present their paper and can not or only partially be supported by their host institution.

To apply please do the following:

1) Write a short application including the following:

First Name
Last Name
E-mail
Affiliation
Country of residence
•If known, indicate if you are a presenter or an author, the corresponding paper title and if your institution would be able to cover you.
Indicate if you apply for a student grant for the ASYNC conference or the ASYNC summer school or both
Five to ten lines of text motivating your application

2) Send this to your professor/supervisor and have him/her add a few lines of supporting text.

3) Have your professor/supervisor email the application to Ole Richter async2026@compute.dtu.dk .

The subject should be: “ASYNC student grant: <Your name>”
